A familiar face in music and film, Eileen Carey was one of the original “Uh-Huh Girls” supporting Ray Charles in a national Pepsi advertising campaign and Super Bowl performance as well as roles in Hoffa, Basic Instinct, and the original Batman movie. Her most recent album, "Movin’ On" won Americana Album of the Year at the 2009 Los Angeles Music Awards and Song of the Year at the 2009 South Bay Music Awards for the single “That Was Her, This Is Now.” The dance remix of her latest single release, "Out With the Girls: is currently being promoted at 150 country music dance clubs in the U.S. An upbeat anthem empowering women everywhere – “Out with the Girls” was been nominated for “Dance Song of the Year” at the 20th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards recently held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, California. A boomer by birth, Eileen connects with women her own age through familiar themes embedded in her songs. Women repeatedly tell her that her message of personal empowerment and emotional fulfillment inspires them.
