Kim has a background in HR Management, business consultant for entrepreneurs and also co-owned a business for over 20 years.  

She was a full time (24/7) caregiver for her mother with dementia for 14 months. There was little education and guidance about what to expect and how one should handle what's thrown at you. 

Towards the end she vowed to herself that if she could help make this process easier for others, she would.
