In this week's Asthma House Calls, we sat down to talk with Dr. Stan Galant on what is asthma, what causes asthma, why breastfeeding can be important to your child if asthma runs in your family, the importance of exercise and the great work he is doing with the CHOC Breathmobile and the Air Power Games.

Dr. Galant is with Children's Hospital of Orange County.  He is also a clinical professor of pediatrics at UC Irvine.  Besides being board certified in pediatrics, pediatric allergy, and allergy and immunology, Dr. Galant is also medical director of the CHOC Children's Breathemobile, its mobile asthma treatment van.
