Cortney Clayton Murder, WHO DID IT?

September 2, 1988 was a night no parent wants to remember. Cortney Clayton, 7 years old, went to the store for a soda and was never seen a live again by her family. There is a monster on the loose. Cortney's bones were found 50 miles away. The composite of a man is running in the show banner. Does this face look familiar?
