A Harvard medical study in May showed mainstream physicians recommending their patients to meditate, because people are often confronted with stressful situations and do not know how to effectively handle them. The negative health effects of stress, worry, fear and anxiety has for many years concerned modern society.  We live in a fast paced world. Everyone from executives, professionals, homemakers, students, teachers, and celebrities like Richard  Gere and Goldie Hawn meditate.  They say it has changed their lives. People who meditate quickly achieve health benefits such as slower heart rates, lower blood pressure, and increase the feel good hormone, endorphins.   Some have used meditation to help with everything from headaches, depression, and cancer.  They discovered they feel more content and self-confident after meditating. Diane Di Donato, President of Inspirational Lifestyles Inc. created the Relax to Go™ Guided Meditation and Relaxation Collection.
