In the 70's Ronald Reagan came up with the campaign, "Just say no", a feeble attempt to combat the drugs epidemic in the United States. Not much has been done to address the issue since. Drug cartels are out of control, our Border Patrol is fighting a no-win battle that doesn't even make headlines and no presidential candidate addresses the issue on their campaign platform.
