Todays Scripture Reading

ST. JOHN 3: 16, 17   (NKJV):For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

Ephesians 2:4-9 New King James Version (NKJV)

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

The love the Father had for the world and those of us in it is beyond that which the natural mind could even begin to comprehend. The love of Jesus Christ is beyond measure. He is truly LORD over ALL. Jesus Christ sacrificed his life for those of us who did not deserve it, nor could we ever do enough to earn it. This is why we need Him as our LORD and Saviour. He paid the price. I ask you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ to accept Him today; as Lord of your life, and live a victorious life.
