Eleni Pallas is the co-founder of Leaders for Good, a leadership design firm that empowers leaders to humanize organizations. 
 
Before Eleni transitioned to executive coaching with Leaders for Good, she spent over 20 years working in the mobile communications, developmental banking and management consulting industries. She spend a lot of her time leading strategic partnering and acquisition projects in the BRICs and emerging markets.
