This special episode host Donna Price, talks Lori Sperber from Running On Love about her upcoming road race and special fundraising team: Surviving Sandy.

Running on Love's mission is to motivate people to give back and complete an act of charity in honor of someone they love, in a physically active way. To this end they are hosting a milestone event called Running on Love in Montclair, NJ a 5k run/walk on Sunday November 11th, 2012. This event is a first of its kind where people are able to dedicate their run or walk to honor a loved one and raise funds and awareness for a charitable cause of there own choosing.

Host, Donna Price, is running on the Surviving Sandy Team, which has been set up by Lori Sperber in light of Superstorm Sandy.  So many people in New Jersey have been affected by Sandy. The Surviving Sandy Team will raise funds to benefit New Jerseyians affected by the storm.

A local bank has set up an account for contributions.  Lori is establishing a special committee to distribute the funds.  Running On Love is a 501c3 Charitable Organization.

When this show was originally planned its focus was intended to be on businesses connecting to charities and Running on Love's unique design.  We will still be talking a bit about this. Join the team, support the team, learn how to be a part of this exciting event!
