"A Time to Build? Women Entrepreneurs' Response to Recession and Where It Might Take Them." Join us and our guest Elaine Gleeson as we discuss how the current economic climate is changing the way women do business and its possible catalyst effect on creating growth.

As a Success & Vision Board Coach, Elaine is passionate about helping her clients create sustainable and  measurable success in their personal and business lives.

She particularly enjoys working with creative small business owners and solopreneurs who want to gain clarity, set goals, and take their business to the next level.

After 20 years in a variety of management roles in both the private and public sectors, Elaine decided that there was definitely a “better song to sing” and began to search for something that was more aligned with her beliefs and passions as a career. Having been interested in the field of personal development, particularly coaching, since the late 90s and now facing her 3rd redundancy she decided to take the opportunity to qualify as a Personal and Business Coach and never looked back since.

In addition to her work as a coach Elaine is also a creative writer, poet, and jewelery maker.

Having been through the challenges of divorce, single parenthood, several redundancies, and self employment; she brings a wealth of experience to her role and loves to see her clients get past their blocks and flourish so they truly become the person they want to be.

Elaine coaches clients around the world via telephone and Skype as well as offering face to face sessions and workshops. A member of the highly reputed International Coaching Federation, Elaine is also a qualified NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapist, & Hypnosis Practitioner.
