Having strength or "being strong" comes in many forms.
When people think of being "fit" or having "strength," they may think of physical strength, but that's just one piece of the puzzle. A vital piece, but just one piece.
To be the best person you can be, it's crucial you're strong in all aspects of their life, which includes being strong physically, mentally and spiritually.
We ALL have room for improvement, and this is the premise for my new book:
"The 3 Pillars of Strength: Increasing Your Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Fitness."
Section 1: Physical Fitness Finding exercises that work best for you, and being realistic with your goals and expectations.
Section 2: Mental Fitness Learning to deal with life's' trials and tribulations; dealing with stress, and dealing with negativity in a positive way
Section 3: Spiritual Fitness Finding inner peace; staying true to your convictions; not falling victim to outside pressures to do things you know aren't right
Each of these are important in their own right, but it's time to put all 3 together!
Join me on blog talk radio where I give a preview of the book and elaborate on the importance of being strong in all 3 aspects of your life, as well as the benefits!
It's time to become the best we can be! Knowledge is power!
