What you see in someone else is already inside YOU!

Every day we look in the mirror and say what we say about ourselves.  Some of us love who we see and say wonderful things, some of us hate who we see and say horrible things; and when we look at other people we have all kinds of thoughts as well.  You might want to consider that our whole life is filled with wonderful mirrors.

WHAT???  Did I hear you right?  Mirrors are all around us???  YES, YES they are.  Every time we look into our mirror at home we privately say something; your soul is taking in along with your body what you are saying.  When we are out in public we are looking into our own mirrors as well.  Anything you admire in someone is already inside you along with anything that angers, disgusts you is already inside you as well.  

I have done so much work on myself, and I continue to do the work; because we need in this world people who are willing to accept themselves for who they are and who they are not.  This is a never-ending process of self-development; when you are constantly looking at someone else and have an emotion, you must realize that is already inside you.  When you stop and experience for a minute, you can either transform it or realize it.  

Transform it means: seeing something in someone else you don't like or maybe like and change the way you think about yourself and everyone else around you.  Realize it means: acknowledging who you truly are and be kind, accepting and loving to you and everyone around you. 

This is a great opportunity to learn kindness and love to yourself, when doing so you learn to be kind and loving along with patience with everyone around you.
