Charlotte Scot, former Press Secretary for Jimmy Carter and later Director of Communications and Press Secretary for the Democratic National Committee in Washington. Charlotte was also a consultant to the White House for Press/Media advance traveling to Venezuela with the President and she worked in local television as a reporter and anchor before joining ABC news.
