Tim Donnelly is currently an Assemblyman for the 33rd District of California. He was raised in Michigan, and is one of fourteen brothers and sisters. He moved to California with three hundred dollars in his pocket, paid his way through college at University of California Irvine, raised five sons, and started a business. This all was nothing short of living the California dream. As a business owner, Donnelly began to experience firsthand politicians, and big government killing California prosperity, driving business out of the state, pushing welfare cost through the roof, and driving our schools into the ground. Fed up with the status quo, he felt called to action. After a great deal of prayer as a family, Tim Donnelly, his wife Rowena, and their five sons decided to work together at saving California. He founded the largest Minuteman chapter in California. He lived on the border and witnessed the absolute tyranny of our government, as well as that of Mexico’s where the state has completely abandoned the rule of law. This has resulted in human trafficking, and too many young boys and girls being sold on the streets of California, while their parents are being promised they will work in restaurants and hotels. It is a tragedy right here in our own backyard. Tim knows this, and understands the severity of the immigration issue more than any other candidate.
