A graduate of Adelphi University and LIU - C.W. Post, Juliana Mazzeo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an advanced Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition. Since graduation, she has maintained both a private practice and worked in the field of cardiovascular medicine with a prominent local physician as Director of nutrition, counseling and educating patients with coronary heart/artery disease, diabetes and obesity. Presently Juliana is the owner of a Wellness Center in Valley Stream, New York.
Juliana is an expert in fats and lipids and their role in human health. Other areas of expertise include: weight loss, brain nutrients, anti-ageing nutrition, endocrine imbalances and the role of nutrients and diet in the prevention and treatment of disease. She has successfully assisted patients with weight issues/obesity, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, eating disorders, hormonal imbalances and many other health issues
Juliana is a native of Italy. She speaks fluent Italian as well as conversational French and Spanish.
