The U.S. Department of Justice just released new regulations for the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Eric Columbus who is a Senior Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General will join us to talk about these new standards and how they will affect youth in adult facilitites.  He has served as chair of the Department of Justice’s Prison Rape Elimination Act Working Group since its formation in October 2009. You won't want to miss this show.
