INTIMACY (IN-TO-ME-SEE): Any transparency or vulnerability that deepens our connections to one another, in order to make meaning of our experiences, desires, and needs.
We recognize that difficult conversations around who we are and our past experiences keep people from authentically engaging one another. But it is those difficult conversations that guides us to a place of wellness.  Intimacy is key to cultivating and sustaining any healthy relationship.  Join us this Sunday at 1pm as we explore further the difficulties of being intimate, along with tools that will help us open up our true selves and using intimacy to reaching our desirable outcome.
