Join Jodie and Lena for an inspiring conversation on Jodie's own journey, and tools and practices on how we can cultivate fierce self-love into our own lives!
I'm excited to share with you both my personal story and my expertise as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist. By understanding some of the internal shifts I took towards self love, why I think it’s important for women to be fierce about it, and how it can help ground you in your purpose, values, needs, and boundaries, you can begin to build self love skills in your own life. I’ll share four emotional mindfulness tools and practices in the hope that they inspire you on your journey. Jodie Stein, MFT is a San Francisco based therapist helping women in transition to be fierce about loving themselves. She offers an attachment focused, mindfulness based approach to psychotherapy and is trained in EMDR. She enjoys working with women struggling with relationship, career, life purpose, and family of origin transitions, anxiety, and the impact of trauma. In addition, she helps couples prepare for the transition of marriage, facilitates a therapy group for women in the separation/divorce process, and is currently planning The Love Yourself Project, a new workshop for women recovering from a break-up who want to develop tools for inner resilience, grow community, and make an impact on others.
