In March 2017, the United States Supreme Court ruled with an 8-0 decision that Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) must give students with disabilities more than minimal educational benefit. Many say about this case, which is called Endrew F vs Douglas County School District, that the ruling could have a big impact on the education of students with disabilities because a higher standard of progress must be met.
