In March 2017, the United States Supreme Court ruled with an 8-0 decision that Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) must give students with disabilities more than minimal educational benefit.  Many say about this case, which is called Endrew F vs Douglas County School District, that the ruling could have a big impact on the education of students with disabilities because a higher standard of progress must be met.  Special Education Attorney Brian K. Gruber joins us to explain the Endrew F. case and what families need to know who are raising children with disabilities.
