Every three minutes in the United States, a woman hears the life-altering words, “You have breast cancer.” Karen Jackson, Maimah Karmo and April Green were all busy pursuing their  personal and professional lives when they heard those words. 

On Wednesday, October 19, Eleanor talks to these women and discovers how they turned their personal challenge into an opportunity to educate, empower and encourage other Black women living with breast cancer.
