Byllye and Ngina return to the airwaves in September with part two of “How to Find a Therapist,” with Cheryl Chisholm. In part one, Cheryl, a licensed therapist, shared expert advice on how to find the right therapist by answering such questions as, “How can I find a good counselor or therapist?” “How do I know if my therapist is competent?” and “What happens in therapy?

On Wednesday, September 1, 2010, Cheryl will continue to share her insight on an important issue seldom discussed among Black women, seeking professional help to support our emotional and mental well being.
