Join the WOCN, Inc. Radio Show Hour on Thursday, November 17, 2016, where hosts Alice Lynch and Sumayya Coleman will welcome Mariam Kaba and Terri Pease to discuss 15-year old Bresha Meadows, who is currently incarcerated at the Trumbull County Ohio Juvenile Detention Center, and has been charged with aggravated murder for defending herself and her family from her father's abuse. Guests will discuss the over-incarceration of Black girls and the trauma that they experience before, during and after incarceration, and the ongoing systemic resistance to supporting Black women and girls who defend themselves.
