Domestic Violence in the city of Oakland

This show will focus on how law enforcement responds to African Americans and how African Americans respond to law enforcement. Guest will speak on the history of African Americans reporting domestic violence, How institutions respond to African Americans experiencing domestic violence and  the cultural issues that impact services and programs for African Americans experiencing domestic violence.
