Cat Kerr- Mixed Media Jewelry & Assemblage Artist

Cat Kerr blends her love of fibers and metal into unique and creative jewelry and assemblage pieces. Creating with what she calls doodads in new and innovative ways.

Her warmth and love of teaching comes through in her online teaching classes she offers regularly in addition to her blog In the Light of the Moon.

She was on the creative team for Ice Resin last year and now part of the creative team for Paper Whimsy where she is always coming up with fresh new ideas. You will find her work published regularly in several Stampington Company publications like Belle Armoire Jewelry, Somerset Sew and Somerset Studio, in addition to Cloth Paper Scissors. She will also be teaching in Oct at the National "Art is You" Retreat in Stamford, CT. 

We will talk about how she juggles all demands of a full time art career and motherhood and how she took the leap into "Living the Creative Life" full time after a 21 year career in another field.
