This week Mark chats with Joe Gonzales The creator of the huge 3 Principles facebook group. Joe's life as been a rollercoaster of ups and downs and Joe found himself in the grip of addiction. This caused him major problems including numerous arrests for possesion of drugs etc. Eventually he realised on some level that something had to give, he recognised he was in a serious downward spiral. Joe talks with Mark about hitting rock bottom and then finding the wisdom and strength to get his life back on track, a large part of his journey involves the 3 Principles understanding.
