This week Mark chats with his friend Ami Chem Mills Naim. 3 Principles facilitator and Director of the center for sustainable change, she is also an Author and Radio Show Host. Prior her to visit to Spain.  When she arrives ..Ami Mark and Sheela are going to be guzzling plenty of lovely red wine... Oh and they are running a mini chillout 3p's retreat together..
