Group #1: Entrepreneurs.  Entrepreneurs have a unique challenge.  Most entrepreneurs need to be everything to their business, or at least they think they do. This leads to overwhelm, overload and being over stressed which in-turn leads to damaged personal and business relationships, loss of sleep, loss of revenue and potentially loss of the business and/or (in extreme cases) a failed marriage.  What most entrepreneurs don’t realize is that, if they committed to focus on doing things they were wired to do and found a way to delegate everything else, they would be less stressed and see higher profit margins.Group #2: Small to medium-sized Businesses.  The challenge facing most small to medium-sized business is profit growth. Forget the top line it’s the bottom line that matters. What makes this difficult (and what many business owners don’t understand) is that, having the wrong person doing a job is worse than having nobody doing it. When I say wrong person, what I mean is someone who is doing a job they weren’t wired to do.Group #3: Unemployed and underemployed individuals.  What many people who are unemployed or underemployed don’t realize is that, being in the situation they are in may be a sign from God (the Grand Overall Designer) that they weren’t doing what they were wired to do in their last job. Sometimes, all people need is the proverbial 2×4 to the head (i.e. getting laid off) to realize that they aren’t doing what they are wired to do. I know it was this way for me and for countless others that I have coached and mentored. It is great that you focus on people who, "have changed themselves and are now helping others.”
