Zuhairah Mcgill, Founder and Artistic Director of First World Theatre Ensemble

Zuhairah McGill from New York City is the founder and artistic director of First World Theatre Ensemble.  She is an award-winning activist edutainer and two-time Barrymore nominee who is always fighting for social justice. Zuhairah star performance is her one-woman portrayal of Sojourner Truth, now in film production. She has worked in regional theatre across the country with Woodie King Jr, Colman Domingo, Walter Dallas, and Barbara Ann Teer.  Zuhairah has been seen in movies and commercials.
