H.B., Williams then a school principal life changing/rights began when was offered the job of assistant principal, and when he refused, pointing out that it was a demotion, he was fired. He spent years fighting for his reinstatement. Durning this battle about for justic about ten years, was his awaking to real life "Civil Rights" on a personal scale set in motion by the Monroe County Board of Education. Real life injustic at the hands of segregated school system where black educators role of leadership were set in stone in class rooms, but not as administrators
