National speaker and author of Finding Hope for Your Journey through Breast Cancer, Yvonne Ortega will interview Paula Holland De Long, ACC, CPCC. Paula is a cancer survivor, professional life coach, author, educator and inspirational speaker. Paula is an authority on how the lessons of "survivorship" can bring joy, passion and purpose to anyone's life. Her personal battle with cancer inspired her to found What's Next For My Life, Inc. Paula knows that making the most of each day becomes an urgent priority during and after cancer. Her survivor coaching, workshops and support products teach people affected by cancer to regain control of their lives and set their priorities for the future based on what matters most to them. Humorous, passionate, poignant and totally authentic, her interactive, inspirational presentations, workshops and educational offerings and newly published book, What's Next For My Life? Companion Journal for Cancer Patients provide real world insight and tools that can be used throughout life. Paula's appeal comes from her willingness to talk about things often left unsaid, everything from what goes in a bra after a mastectomy, intimacy and sex to what to do in the last few months of life. "Paula's been down in the trenches with us and she gets it," comments one fan, "she's been bald and had chemo brain too. It's so great to laugh about it with her." What's Next For My Life? workshops and courses for survivors are offered at cancer treatment centers and support organizations and via teleconference to participants from around the country.
