The First Amendment of the US Constitution gives ALL Americans the right to express one's religious beliefs without impending upon the freedoms and expressions of it's citizens (unless you happen to be a Christian!). The recent ruling of the US Supreme Court in favor of same sex "marriage", has now seemed to include that those who hold and embrace the traditional view of marriage (i.e. one man & one woman) are in violation of and discrimination against the LGBT community's beliefs and in some states (e.g. Oregon) could face fines for choosing NOT to embrace same sex "marriage" in their private place of business, even at the risk of losing your business.

Is this the "Land of the Free"? Or does it only apply to those who embrace the freedoms of the LGBT?
