What can WE, THE VILLAGE do to keep two more children from getting lost in the maze of the Foster Care and Social Services Systems??

Monique will talk about the unbelievable hoops and strands of red tape, which have strangled, choked and left these children without resources, and effective May 31st, a home to live in, as she has strived to maintain a quality of life for her adopted siblings.
