On this episode, we are joined by two artists that are using their gifts to make a great impact.

Tonight, will share the latest project by Aaron Myers II and his nonprofit "REformance Art". The #DearMrTrump Public Service Announcement challenges President-elect Trump to do the right thing with his power and influence while in Washington, DC. Our host, SimplyNay is one of fifteen artists that were included in the open letter-esque video. We will play the audio of the PSA for our listeners on the show. We will also find out how Mr. Myers plans to continue to challenge regressive policies with the artists he works with. How does he believe the artist he is collaborating with has helped? Does he feel like he is jeopardizing his own career by embracing activism?

We are also joined by Maryam Foye, the Founder of Hissing Black Cat Playback Ensemble. Playback Theatre uses the audience to tell stories in various forms. This field is dominated by White culture and much different than the "Who's Line Is It Anyway" Improv that has gone mainstream. Tune in to learn how Maryam's vision for  using this Women of Color Ensemble to influence the community she serves? Learn how she came into contact with the art form. What have been some of the barriers for the HBC Playback Ensemble? How does she envision her ensemble could change the world? How does she manage to do all of this and raise a toddler?

Join us tonight because #supportisFREE™
