Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets Breakdown, Week 8 National Football League

What a difference a week makes, and what a difference a defense makes.  Going into the hostile confines of Met Life Stadium, the Buffalo Bills managed a 43-23 victory over the New York Jets.  Kyle Orton was efficient, and the defense forced 3 early turnovers, and had 6 overall to secure the victory.  Does this big win by the Bills mean that the best is yet to come, or do the Bills still have some things to clean up after their bye week?
