Shannon Trainor joined Crossroads in 2009 as clinical director. In this role, Shannon oversees all of the Crossroads' outpatient and residential clinical practices at the agency's four sites. Shannon has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues and has worked as a clinical director in both outpatient and residential facilities prior to joining Crossroads.
