On grief talk with Audrey, I bring you experts in the fields of death and dying, grief and loss, hope and healing and those who have themselves been on their own grief journey, to share their experiences and skills to help my listeners.

Angie Cartwright is the founder of National Grief Awareness Day which occurs on August 30th.   Angie has experienced the pain of loss many times over in her life. She learned the hard way that those who grieve are often marginalize and misunderstood. Now, she is helping people tear off the mask of "I'm fine" and "I'm okay" and instead encourages people to grieve honestly and freely, and above all embrace their feelings.
