BOOTY CALL ~ Part 1

Is it true that the fairer sex make better anglers ? Do girls do it better than boys ? Bring out your pink rods and put on those bikinis, we're going to get the low-down on the world's best, average and downright mediocre female anglers from around the world.

The record books are filled with the adventures of women the world over, proving they are just as adept at fly-casting for mountain trout as they are for muscling it out with the heavy tackle in the chair on giant marlin and tuna. Our captains will tell you a few choice stories and some will explain just why they love the girls on board and why they make the best fisherpeople to have around. Beauty and the beast is the name of the game, and it's surprising just how often the girls out-fish the boys and come out on top !

As we kick off a week full of exciting beautiful women; we felt who better than Ms/Capt Joan Vernon to step up to this fighting chair first.  Joan not only is a angler, she is a tournament director for the chatible conservation tournament PCCA that is rounding the Atlantic and Pacific waters.  She is also one of the older members of the IWFA.  She is actively involved in the IGFA, TBF and Costa Rica Conservation Acts, just to name a few.  We are honored and excited to bring you Capt. Joan Vernon.

Also on the show tonight is another "youthful" booty call, MJ's mother,  Idajean Lynn.  To MJ these two women are accredited for the admiration, playfulness and interest in fishing.  While one is highly decorated in the industry the other has been a long time contributor of having fun fishing.
