EXPLORING BIBLICAL LEGALISM: Making Sense of Law and Grace.

Is it grace or is it works that offer the key to salvation? 

GRACE.  The teaching of grace has often come at a loss of personal responsibility. Believers are boldly told that if they think there is anything more required of them than simply a confession of faith, then they are adding to the conditions of salvation and thus playing with heresy.

LAW AND WORKS.  Others take the words of Jesus, “If you love me, keep my commandments,” and place those words in a preconceived backdrop of religion that can lead adherents into a works-based mind-set.

Legalism raises questions that many Christians struggle with.   ”Where do I draw the line between law and grace?” many ask.
