Dave Robbs is the Founder and Executive Director of Poyeho Project, a Washington state NPO, focused on business development and training among the black and coloured people of outhern Africa. The focus of the NPO is to bring self-sufficiency and blessing to poor communities. In the last 4 years, Poyeho Project has trained more than 150 people and worked with dozens of business owners in developing a vision and strategy for their business.

In addition, Dave is the owner and CEO of Waymaker Consultants NW. This company works with businesses in Washington state providing workshops, business coaching, and consulting to help business owners gain a vision for their company and assisting them to develop a strategy to accomplish that vision.

The heart behind both of these organizations is to help businesses succeed and to see Christian business owners ‘shine in the market place’. Dave says, ‘I have a dream to see the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our God. This includes the business and economic kingdom.’

Dave has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing environment and held various management positions during that time. From Sales Manager to General Manager, from pump manufacturing to aircraft parts, his experience is broad and his background in business has been one of continued success in the growth and profitability of the organizations he served.

He is married to Dayle, his lovely wife of 40 years. They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. He is a student of early American government and history, and enjoys speaking to young people about those subjects. He is an ordained pastor and continues to serve the vision of CityGate Church in Puyallup, Washington, as well as, Nation Builders Apostolic Ministries in Humansdorp, Republic of South Africa.
