My May 21st radio broadcast revealed that I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes…something shocking and very sobering to me. I immediately changed my food regiment, started exercising regularly and have lost 20+ pounds in the course of the past six weeks.
Today I want to focus on HOW I plan on consistently eat healthy foods…not for a season..but for the rest of my LIFE!
Some foods have been banned from my list…and some have been modified. It’s all a matter of choices I make to bring forth a new healthy approach to living a full rich life for the next 20 to 40 years!
