Imagine how it would feel to live in a world where every woman loved herself fully without feeling guilty. Today’s over-worked, over-stressed, have-to-do-be-and-have-it-all woman spends far more time criticizing, judging, and comparing herself than she does acknowledging, being generous to, and feeling great about herself. Even though she knows she should love herself and she wants to treat herself well, she just can’t seem to stop driving herself so hard, beating herself up, and making choices that don’t make her happier or healthier.
