"Russell Cowley is the Global Director of Sales with Rain International. Before joining the Rain Executive team, Russ earned many accomplishments early in his career. At the age of 21 he became the youngest operating manager for a major automotive retailer. From his years of experience he gained, he learned that he had a tremendous value in recruiting quality personal and training them to become leaders and accomplished managers in the industry. Recognizing this he flourished as a Human Resource Director. Taking those same skills, he has been able to be a major contributor to several Network Marketing companies.

Now taking on a global role for Rain International means to him that he can now help thousands of more people identify their dreams and set goals to reach them.
