Just as there is leadership at work, there is also one at home. Men are created to lead at home even if they are not leading at work. In the twenty first century, there is growing number of women filling the role of men in the family. It's not the women's fault! If the fathers are present and don't lack in their responsibilities, women won't have to pick up the slack.
