What is "justice" for Trayvon Martin and all of the Black American male youth? There has been all kinds of comments about what a "not guilty" verdict means in the Zimmerman/Martin case.

Problems for Black American radiates far beyond the verdict in a "rigged" trial in Florida, USA. Consider - Black and Brown people account for less than 5% of ALL judicial judges in Florida despite Black and Brown people account for over 45% of Florida's population; Florida's Black and Brown account for over 67% of all prisoners in Florida and account for over 80% of all deaths under the STAND YOUR GROUND law.

Black Americans who are not killed are disproportionately incarcerated: The Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) is a $1.7billion dollar business that is traded on the stock market and the "commodity" is imprisoned people. IT HAS OPERATED FOR 30 YEARS NOW.

Just like slavery, the "owner" of the privatized prisons, make money on the exploitation of men and women confined and are "the property" of the prison system as stated in the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution. The Corrections Corporation of America generates corporate profits through an increase in incarceration. CCA manages more than 65 correctional and detention facilities with a capacity of more than 90,000 beds in 19 states and the District of Columbia. In 2011 CEO Damon Huninger was paid a salary of  $3.7million and Chairman of Board was paid $1.7million

Black defendants are 21 percent more likely to receive mandatory-minimum sentences than White defendants. And how is the incarcerated treated? Four prisoners in CCA's Citrus County Jail in Florida alleged that urine and feces were repeatedly mixed into their food. CCA  ADMITTED that urine had be mixed into juice and served to incarcerated people at the jail; two guards and a supervisor were fired following this.
