Life Lessons: Thank You for Being a Friend

I have been lucky and blessed to have some amazing friendships!

Sadly, it seems that some young women I know don't value female friendship (or platonic friendships for that matter). Instead, they claim that their man is the only friend they need.

This really is sad to me. As my best memories involve my best friends (I can't say girlfriends becausae one of my best friends is a straight-guy).

Friendship has been a positive constant in my life. When I attempted suicide, it was a friend who actually saved my life.
