As the first week of the NCAA Tournament unfolded, we had 68 teams chasing the dream of cutting down the nets and walking away as champions. While one lucky team will walk away with the ultimate "One Shining Moment" on April 8th, the other 67 teams will experience a painful loss to end their season.

In light of March Madness and all of the Cinderella teams that are taking down the favorites, Game Changers Live will discuss the other side of this - the teams that are supposed to win and who end up losing to a team no one has heard of. For every NC State, there is a Houston. For every Florida Gulf Coast, there is a Georgetown. While everyone is celebrating the underdog winner, the losers get ignored and quickly forgotten.

We will talk about the impact of ending an athletic career on a big loss and how athletes struggle with moving forward in that case. We'll be joined by Dr. William Parham, a sports psychologist who has worked with Olympic & elite athletes, about these issues and his take on what happens to these athletes in later life, how they deal with it and what they have to do to move on.

We'll also be joined by NBA Executive Mike Bantom. Bantom was a member of the 1972 U.S. Olympic Men's Basketball Team that experienced what many considered to be one of the most devastating losses in the history of sports.
