He is known as "The Shooting Whisperer" for his expert instruction in firearms and archery marksmanship and in edged weapons tactics. He also serves as a technical consultant for all types of weapons usage and training worldwide. Mr Meadows travels extensively to train, coach and to consult others on firearms and archery marksmanship skills, multiple weapons training programs, risk management, business continuity, survival preparedness and in security force operations.

Mr. Meadows has spent over 37+ years in military operations, emergency and security management, law enforcement, tactical, crisis and disaster response and specialized training services through the military, law enforcement agencies and security companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and the Middle East. He has successfully managed or lead small detail operations in hostile environments to very large scale missions of over 600 operatives in both CONUS and OCONUS regions.
