Amma Johnson, What's Happening At the Chamber

Today's guest will be Amma Johnson. Amma is the President of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. As you might imagine, the Chamber promotes economic growth in the Capital Region.  What we want to talk about today are the resources available to Small Businesses that join the chamber.

Collaboration is a key element to both growing and mature businesess.  Those that master it, can see their growth accelerate many times because of the principle of velocity.  In fact, one of the maxims that we use at GainMindshare is that 1 + 1 = 3.  If you can learn to network effectively, you can easiily miximize what's available to you at the Chamber.

Alex Astir: Trellis Fine Florals

Also joning us today will be Alix Astir of Trellis Fine Florals.  She will be talking about what you cah do to re-invent your life once you're over forty.  Alix helps those who are considering the path into entrepreneurship once their lives have changed.

As is the case with many Xers and Boomers, life has brought them changes they didn't anticipate when it comes to their work and vocation.  Often, they may find themselves at the end of a career that they hoped and thought would last a lifetime.

In some cases, as is the case with many of you that listen to this broadcast, that may take you toward the path of entrepreneurship. There are many factors to consider, but if you're at the point where you really MUST make something happen, Alix's interview will help you to be able to work with your situation whereever it is.

What To Do With This Broadcast
