Toni Blackman US Hip Hop Ambassador Joins Dr Dia on Wellness

Toni Blackman is an ambassador of music and all it can do to help people- quite literally:  she is the first ever U.S. Ambassador of Hip Hop under the State Department.

In the arts, she is a member of the Grammy's, critically acclaimed author of Inner Course: A Plea for Real Love, and has toured the world from South East Asia with Jazz at Lincoln Center's Musical Ambassador program to Senegal.

Her entire career is a resume of using her talents to help others on tough issues:

• The Girls Hip Hop Project with the Girl Scouts
• The Freestyle Union to encourage Social Responsibility
• The End of Silence on ending violence against women

And she is mentor to Dr. Dia, founder of H.Y.P.E. who will be joining us as we talk music and emotional wellness.
