Tonight's Guest Is Elaine Mickman,

Author of Court-Gate...the Courts "Divorced from the Law" without Liberty or Justice at all 

is from a suburb of Philadelphia, PA in Montgomery County. 

Elaine is an Allied Health college graduate, but her life-career has been a full-time Mother to 5 children and Domestic Manager.

After 21 yrs. of marriage, she was blindsided when her ex-husband deserted the whole family without warning and filed for divorce about four months later. Elaine Mickman found herself trapped in a sinister, draconian, and eroded court system where not one court order was based on fact or law which accurately describes her book title: Court-Gate....the Courts "Divorced from the Law".

After 8 1/2 yrs. of litigation, the Court never divided the marital assets and only divided Elaine's family. All appeals, including those from orders that proved fraud, were denied. The Court exploited Elaine and her family, and stripped Elaine of everything she had and left her destitute to perish as well as near homeless with minor children. The court then ordered-away her Constitutional Rights to silence Elaine, censor her case, and cover-up the indisputable scandal of which bureaucrats and officials used her case to defraud the Federal Government by tampering a computer systemwith false entries in violation of Federal Regulations, Codes, the Title IV-D Contract, the Constitution, and a litany of Pennsylvania and US Criminal Statutes. The court essentially ERASED Elaine and her case.
